《IQ成熟時(shí)》是一部香港麗的電視1980年代的青春愛(ài)情廣東話輕喜劇電視劇。故事發(fā)生在私立女校“圣羅蘭英文書院”的預(yù)科班，這里的學(xué)生大多因成績(jī)低落而留級(jí)。為了重建學(xué)校聲譽(yù)，校長(zhǎng)大白鯊決定招收男生，于是三位男生阿Man、阿怪和阿強(qiáng)加入了預(yù)科班。同時(shí)，胡老師從越南來(lái)港擔(dān)任班主任。故事中，阿Man是一個(gè)文武全才，在學(xué)校非常出色。他經(jīng)常照顧膽小的細(xì)細(xì)粒，兩人之間的感情也逐漸加深。另外，朱仔的表哥Peter是一名夜店歌手，他一見(jiàn)鐘情于花灑，并主動(dòng)為她補(bǔ)習(xí)。但花灑對(duì)他漠不關(guān)心，讓Peter感到不安。阿怪暗戀胡老師，而他的父親也對(duì)胡老師有好感，導(dǎo)致了一場(chǎng)父子之間的三角戀。朱仔的母親是一名過(guò)氣名模，現(xiàn)在開(kāi)設(shè)了一家時(shí)裝店，她希望朱仔能繼承母業(yè)，但朱仔卻想要努力讀書，成為一名女強(qiáng)人。這群學(xué)生非常調(diào)皮搗蛋，經(jīng)常捉弄校長(zhǎng)和老師。為了改變他們的行為，校長(zhǎng)和訓(xùn)導(dǎo)主任塘虱決定成立風(fēng)紀(jì)隊(duì)，并任命朱仔為隊(duì)長(zhǎng)。然而，花灑因?yàn)橐淮螕v亂被處罰，誤以為是朱仔告密，于是兩人反目成仇。花灑為了報(bào)復(fù)，阿Man見(jiàn)不平就幫助朱仔，卻讓細(xì)細(xì)粒感到不悅。劇情中還涉及到朱仔的母親再婚、朱仔照顧母親自殺后送母親入院、阿Man幫助朱仔參加民歌比賽、花灑和朱仔同時(shí)追求阿Man等情節(jié)。最終，比賽的勝出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是誰(shuí)首先得到了阿Man的獻(xiàn)吻。《IQ成熟時(shí)》是一部輕松愉快的青春愛(ài)情劇，通過(guò)描繪學(xué)生們的成長(zhǎng)故事，展現(xiàn)了友情、愛(ài)情和成長(zhǎng)的種種情感。該劇于1981年首播，至今仍被觀眾喜愛(ài)。主題曲《IQ成熟時(shí)》和插曲《不要問(wèn)理由》、《可知我心有淚》也成為了經(jīng)典之作。
