最道貌岸然的就是這個大隊長，看著一副正義凜然的樣子，其實仔細(xì)看看為了他自己什么規(guī)則都破壞過，權(quán)力欲，控制欲，報復(fù)欲望還都特別的強(qiáng)?？纯创箨犻L平時透露的態(tài)度，好像整個芝加哥消防局除了51大隊都是廢物，而且明明對凱利他爹很反感，也知道凱利和他爹關(guān)系不好，但是凱利一提出找他爹來解決和新局長的矛盾，馬上表現(xiàn)得特別積極，還緊追凱利著不放。

關(guān)系最好的是大隊長和凱西，凱西升隊長后苦惱和凱利的關(guān)系，大隊長根本沒有從兩個人的專業(yè)角度分析，其實中心意思就一句話凱西級別高不用搭理凱利。當(dāng)凱西工作失誤搞死一個警察以后，大隊長表態(tài)多堅決：“除非踩著他的尸體才能動凱西”。而凱西老丈人住院只去看過一次他老婆，卻陪著大隊長喝酒緬懷一個他不認(rèn)識的歌手，一聽說局長位置空缺以后，凱西最積極，大隊長也給個臺階就上，大隊長相當(dāng)局長這是越多少級，其實本來新局長也說要把區(qū)副局長給他，而且凱西出的問題也是被新局長救的，可以想象他們這是有多來不及，也多沒有人情，后面新局長黑化完全就是為了應(yīng)付劇情需要而已，不然大隊長就得黑化，想想一開始凱利把新局長說的多好。

前四季覺得凱利情商挺高的，后面越來越差，就是給大隊長當(dāng)槍使，因為自我業(yè)務(wù)能力強(qiáng)所以大隊長還哄著他而已，真正的好處一點沒有，好像第三季就透露過有升隊長的資格，這都第七季了還是副隊，凱利出事大隊長除了嘴上哄哄之外基本公事公辦，被人誣陷放火時也一句話不說，對比一下凱西搞死警察的態(tài)度顯而易見，而凱利幫大隊長卻是要求他親爹去搞他干爹。
